What the Site does

The Site introduces videos published on YouTube by their creators. Each story page contains a short introduction written for the Site and the creator’s video, shown through YouTube’s embedded player, with a credit and a link to the original.

Ownership of videos and other content

Videos, and the thumbnails and images taken from them, remain the property of their creators or rights holders. The Site does not claim ownership of them, and your use of a video is also subject to YouTube’s terms.

The Site’s own introductions, design and logo belong to Yolmatik. You may share links to our pages and quote brief excerpts with a link back to the original page. You may not republish or sell our pages as a whole without written permission.

Removal requests

If you are a creator or rights holder and want a video or image removed from the Site, please contact us through our contact page with the address of the page and a link to the original work. See also our Disclaimer.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it by automated means that place an unreasonable load on it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Third-party links, videos and ads

The Site displays advertising, embeds videos from YouTube and links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, products or practices of third parties.

Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yolmatik and its operator are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site.

Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
